Love Peerless-AV Campaign & Event | Peerless-AV

Peerless-AV annually exhibit at Integrated Systems Europe in Amsterdam. The show is our largest event of the year especially as we run an evening event, entertaining over 1,500 people in Amsterdam's Escape Nightclub. Myself, along with my two colleagues, who form the marketing team for Peerless-AV are responsible for the whole organisation and execution of this event, we don't outsource any of the responsibility to other companies.

This year we chose to theme our event 'Love Peerless-AV' as it fell on Valentine's day. After deciding on a theme, I set to work creating a logo for our event (which can be seen above). After toying with a few designs we settled on the neon Love Peerless-AV, as we felt it fit both our Valentine's theme and captured the essence of Amsterdam.

Pre-Event Brand Awareness
'Love Peerless-AV' Advent Calendars were sent to customers in December, before we announced our party. We also produced 'save the date' business cards for the sales team to leave with companies throughout January.

Social Media
Creating a buzz on social media was of huge importance to us, social platforms were the main form of advertisement we used to promote our event. On Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram we announced our evening event, later also posting about our party sponsors and entertainment.

The Event
Our event was a huge success, with us welcoming over 1,200 people through the door to celebrate Valentine’s Day and ISE’s last year in Amsterdam. We had an incredible mix of performers and entertainment running throughout the night to wow our guests. Our talented roller girls greeted guests as they arrived and put on an energetic display, whilst the casino area once again proved popular with partygoers.

Our silks aerial duo then stunned with a dynamic and dramatic live performance - to watch them in action please click here! We also had a selection of live music going on in the Samsung Live Lounge, courtesy of talented pop jazz band Katelijne van Otterloo and singer and pianist Ravenna.  Later on in the night, we welcomed AV Magazine’s Amit Patel aka DJ Kaos to the decks. His guest DJ slot had the crowd bouncing off the walls! He was also joined by Ellie Sax (who was back by popular demand - after performing at our party last year!), she played alongside Amit with her saxophone, complimenting his mix of anthems.
